MS Excel Add In is not showing anything. It keeps loading.

Hi,

MS Excel Add-In section is not showing anything. It keeps loading but nothing is appearing.

Tried all possible solution on internet but issues is same.

Office - MS Office 365 latest version.

    From what you shared, MS Excel Add-In (Office - MS Office 365) on your Windows isn’t showing any content and stays stuck on “'loading”. Here are a few steps you can try to fix it:

    1. Check your internet connection

    • Try switching networks or reconnecting your Wi‑Fi.
    • If you use a proxy or VPN, turn them off temporarily.
    • If possible, test again on a home or non‑corporate network.

    2. Sign out and sign back in

    • File > Account
    • Sign out
    • Close Excel completely, reopen it, and sign in again.

    3. Clear the Office cache

    • Open this path in the address bar from File Explorer: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef\
    • Delete everything inside the Wef folder (but do not delete the folder itself).
    • Restart Excel afterward.

    4. Test with the web version:

    Try opening Excel on the web and check whether the Add‑ins Store loads there.

    5. Repair Office

    • Go to: Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Office > Modify
    • First run Quick Repair.
    • If the issue continues, run Online Repair.

    6. Try Excel in safe mode

    • Press Win + R to open Run > type excel /safe
    • If Add‑ins load normally, disable other COM add‑ins: File > Options > Add‑ins > COM Add‑ins > Go Uncheck all, then enable one by one.
