Why can't I no longer share images in Copilot?

Yesterday I was able to share copy and paste in Copilot and now I can't. I get a message that this file may be corrupted/ Error. This is not true I am sharing images that I know the source is legit.

    The answers are not so, I am the only admin. I noticed yesterday that Copilot was frozen, I had close out and restart the computer and that worked but I was not able to share images. The source is legitimate. I need to be able to share images for it is part of my business. Please help. Thank you
