Notes in Outlook (not OneNote) no longer has a scroll bar.

I have over 93 notes and cannot get past the first page.

Cannot find a scroll bar when hovering over page of note.

Arrow key also does not allow to move down through notes

    Dear all,

I know how disruptive this Notes scrolling issue is. At this time, the best next step is to share diagnostic feedback directly:

    • In Windows: open Feedback Hub (Start > Feedback Hub) > Report a problem
    • In Outlook (New Outlook or web): select Help > Feedback (or Give feedback) and include your scenario. Attach screenshots if possible.
    • Keep Outlook fully updated. On New Outlook for Windows: open Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates.

    I appreciate your patience.

    Dear Bill Aitken

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand you’re unable to scroll through Notes in the New Outlook for Windows (no scrollbar; arrow keys don’t advance). I am happy to assist you. In the New Outlook, the Notes module is only partially available, which can impact usability compared to Classic Outlook. Please follow these steps:

    • Use Classic Outlook for Notes (full support)

In New Outlook, use the toggle to open Classic Outlook and manage Notes there; you can switch back any time.

    • If you prefer to stay in New Outlook, run Classic and New Outlook side‑by‑side only for Notes until parity improves.
    • If your Notes are the modern Sticky Notes (OneNote feed) rather than legacy Outlook Notes, access them in a supported surface:
      • Outlook on the web: open the Notes folder to view/edit Sticky Notes.
      • Windows: use the Sticky Notes app (notes sync with the same account).
    • Update New Outlook to the latest build (Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates).
    • Additionally, if you don’t see that toggle, you can try downloading the Classic Outlook version using this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/install-or-reinstall-classic-outlook-on-a-windows-pc-5c94902b-31a5-4274-abb0-b07f4661edf5
