Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Can you please check if your Outlook (Attachments) storage is full?

If your mailbox is near or over the storage limit, new emails might not arrive in your inbox https://onedrive.live.com/managestorage in the same page, please check your OneDrive storage as it's linked to your Microsoft account and can sometimes affect email services if it's full.

If you received a message indicating that your mailbox is full while trying to respond to a group email, it may be due to the mailbox size exceeding its quota. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Mailbox Size: Verify the size of your mailbox and see if it has indeed reached its limit. You can do this by checking your account settings in Outlook.
    2. Delete Unnecessary Emails: If your mailbox is full, consider deleting old or unnecessary emails to free up space. Don't forget to check your Deleted Items folder and empty it as well.
    3. Archive Emails: If you have emails that you want to keep but don't need immediate access to, consider archiving them. This can help reduce the size of your primary mailbox.
    4. Contact IT Support: If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, contact your IT support team for assistance. They may be able to increase your mailbox quota or provide additional solutions.
    5. Try Sending Smaller Messages: If you need to communicate with the group urgently, consider sending smaller messages or breaking your response into multiple emails.

By following these steps, you should be able to manage your mailbox effectively and communicate with the group as needed.
