    Hello

Can you please go into your Personal Vault, and copy your files out of there first. Please move to a folder that's NOT in OneDrive.

Once it was copied out, you can delete the Personal Valult shortcut file in your OneDrive folder. It should automatically recreate itself. Once that's recreated, it should address the error itself. Then you can put your files back in there.

To rename a file in OneDrive that is causing an error due to its name being not allowed, you can follow these steps:

    1. Access OneDrive: Open your OneDrive folder on your computer or through the OneDrive web interface.
    2. Locate the File: Find the file named "personal Vault.Ink" that you want to rename.
    3. Rename the File: Right-click on the file and select the option to rename it. Choose a new name that complies with OneDrive's naming rules (avoid special characters and ensure it doesn't exceed character limits).
    4. Confirm Changes: After renaming, check if the error persists. If it does, you may need to delete the file if renaming does not resolve the issue.

If you continue to experience issues, consider checking for any restrictions or limitations regarding file names in OneDrive.
