Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you using Outlook on the web (outlook.com), Outlook for Windows/Mac, or the Outlook mobile app?
    2. Is this happening on one device or on all your devices?
    3. Have you checked if Focused Inbox is turned on and if your emails might be going to the Other tab instead of the main Inbox?

In the meantime, I recommend checking out this Microsoft support article:

    Check any Outlook rules:

In https://outlook.live.com/mail go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Rules and Mail > Forwarding to make sure no one has set up rules to forward or delete your messages.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

Click "Add comment" below to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If your incoming emails are not loading into your Inbox, it could be due to a few reasons related to the processing of messages in Outlook. Sometimes, emails can become stuck in the incoming item processing pipeline, which is a feature that processes messages before they are displayed in your Inbox. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Start Outlook with the /cleanips switch:
      • Exit Outlook if it is running.
      • Start Outlook using the command: Outlook.exe /cleanips.
      • Note that this requires at least Office 2007 Service Pack 2.
    2. Clear offline items in your Inbox:
      • Right-click the Inbox folder and select Properties.
      • In the Inbox Properties dialog box, select the General tab.
      • Click on Clear Offline Items and confirm.
      • After that, press Shift+F9 to force the resynchronization of your Inbox folder.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to check for any rules that could be diverting your emails or consider creating a new Outlook profile to ensure proper configuration.
