Please help. My account has been hacked.

If i go to my gmail account, I see a lot of emails about someone trying to change my security info. However, These last 1-2 months I've not been paying attention to my inbox, and the hacker managed to change all the info.

I'm going to get a reply from some microsoft support helper here to go to account recovery form, but I've filled that aswell, even including some skype subscriptions I made in like 2 years ago, including credit card information, but they refuse to help.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If your Microsoft account has been hacked and you are unable to recover it through the standard account recovery form, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check for Suspicious Activity: Look for any emails in your inbox that indicate attempts to change your security information. This can provide evidence of the unauthorized access.
    2. Use the Official Recovery Guide: Microsoft has a troubleshooter guide specifically for recovering hacked accounts. Following the steps outlined in this guide can help you navigate the recovery process more effectively. You can find it here.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, you may need to reach out directly to Microsoft Support for further assistance. Be prepared to provide as much information as possible to prove your identity and ownership of the account, such as old passwords, purchase information, and any other relevant details.
    4. Consider Other Support Channels: If your account is linked to services like Skype or Minecraft, you might also want to contact their support teams for additional recovery options.
    5. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Once you regain access, consider enabling MFA to add an extra layer of security to your account.

Unfortunately, if the hacker has changed all your security information and the recovery form is not accepting your details, it may limit your options significantly. However, persistence in contacting support and providing evidence of account ownership is key.
