Microsoft rewards XP

I have 531 XP on microsoft rewards and i want to level up but i don't know how and everytime i search how to it just says i need 500 XP but i already have them and it's pissing me off.

Microsoft only counts points earned within the current monthly period toward levelling up. If a chunk of your points came from last month, they won’t count for this month’s 500-point goal. You can check it on My Level

If you’ve already see the 531 points on My Level and should qualify for a level-up but it still hasn’t updated, I suggest submitting a report using the link below so the Rewards support can review your account and resolve the issue.
