May I know what troubleshooting steps have you already taken? This will help me avoid recommending them again.
In the meantime, to help narrow down the issue:
- Check if your fingerprint reader is detected properly:
- Open Device Manager by pressing the Windows key + X, then click "Device Manager" and expand "Biometric devices." Capture a screenshot of that area.
- Also, check for any driver errors by right-clicking the driver and choosing "Properties," then capture a screenshot of that as well.
- If you don’t see the Biometric driver, click the "View" tab at the top and select "Show hidden devices" to check again.
- Please attach those screenshots in your next response.
