Dear @marcello belcastro,
Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!
In my test environment, I did not encounter the same issue. All icons are displayed correctly and function as expected. To assist you more effectively, could you please provide the following information?
- I noticed that you tagged your post under New Outlook. May I kindly confirm that this issue occurs only in New Outlook?
- Do you experience the same issue in Classic Outlook or Outlook on the web as well?
- Additionally, could you please let us know which version of Outlook you are currently using?
- How long has this issue been occurring?
- Lastly, are other users within your organization experiencing the same behavior?
In the meantime, please help me review and check these steps to narrow down the problem:
Method 1:
- Close the New Outlook app.
- Click the Start menu and search for Command Prompt > Right click the app and select Run as Administrator.
- Next, please copy/paste the following command and hit the Enter key. olk.exe --force-update.
Method 2:
Repair Outlook app
- Close Outlook and all Office apps.
- Open Setting > App > Installed apps
- Find Outlook for Window and right-click on it and select Advanced option.
- Choose Repair Option.
- Restart your computer after the repair is complete.
Note: Please note that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. Thank you for your precious time. I am looking forward to your response!
