That address on Devices > Find my device is NOT pulled from your billing profile. It is a map address that Microsoft generates by taking your device’s last known coordinates (GPS, Wi-Fi positioning, or IP based location) and then reverse geocoding those coordinates into a street address. Since computers typicaly don't have GPS chips like phones do, the reverse geocode step can be off by a house number or even sometimes a different city.
