On Microsoft account our billing address is correct. However on the account page, clicking on Devices, then clicking on Find My Device, it shows another address -- strange house number and road name. Same town, same zip. How can I change this?

That address on Devices > Find my device is NOT pulled from your billing profile. It is a map address that Microsoft generates by taking your device’s last known coordinates (GPS, Wi-Fi positioning, or IP based location) and then reverse geocoding those coordinates into a street address. Since computers typicaly don't have GPS chips like phones do, the reverse geocode step can be off by a house number or even sometimes a different city.

To change the address displayed in the "Find My Device" feature, you will need to ensure that your Microsoft account's address information is fully updated. The address shown in "Find My Device" may not directly correlate with your billing address, as it can be influenced by the device's settings or location services. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Check Device Settings: Ensure that the device you are trying to locate has the correct address set in its location settings. You can check the device's settings to see if the location services are enabled and configured correctly.
    2. Update Microsoft Account Information: Log into your Microsoft account and verify that all address details are correct. If necessary, update any incorrect information in your account profile.
    3. Contact Support: If the address still appears incorrectly after verifying your account and device settings, consider contacting Microsoft support for assistance. They may be able to help you resolve any discrepancies.

These steps should help you address the issue with the incorrect address appearing in the "Find My Device" feature.
