My Microsoft Account has been Hacked

So I was trying to log onto my Minecraft account but was unable to, only to find out both my Email and Password were changed so I am at a loss for what to do as of this moment. I tried going to the recovery website, however since the hacker changed my Email the website says my original account doesn't exist anymore so I don't know what to do! Can anyone please help me and tell me what to do?

Unfortunately, if the hacker already deleted your email and changed your account information, then the account may no longer be recoverable. In most cases, once the security details are fully changed and there are no active verification methods linked to the account, the recovery form will no longer work, especially if the recovery form does not work in your case because your email address no longer exists.

In this situation, there may be no other available recovery options. It is recommended to create a new account and make sure to add updated security information such as a recovery email address, phone number, and two step verification to help prevent this from happening again in the future.
