Settings > Accounts > Family & other users on the Windows 11 device not appearing

HI I am trying to add my child's account to the laptop and it says got to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users however i only see other users. Please help

I am an administrator account and the organiser of our family safety group.

I understand, when you access settings from the child account, does the Family option show on under Accounts?

Are you trying to add your child account as a new user on the computer?

If yes, you can add it on the "Other users" option.
If the account is already on the Family, you will be able to manage it.
