I try to login with my username email address removed for privacy reasons
It keeps changing my username to email address removed for privacy reasons and I then I can no longer login. I'm a bit confused about my account aliases here as email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons should be different aliases for the same account but somehow the password for them are different or something as I can login using email address removed for privacy reasons but not email address removed for privacy reasons for onedrive on PC.

This is a school provided account, provided by the university of waterloo.

In addition, you mentioned that screenshots were attached earlier. At the moment, for some reasons that I’m not seeing any screenshots on my end. When you have a chance, could you please share the screenshots showing the sign-in behavior via Private Message?
