Hacked Microsoft account – proof of purchase

Hello,

My Microsoft account was hacked and the recovery email was changed, so I can no longer access my account.

Original account email:

(PII Removed ******@outlook.com)

The hacker changed it to:

(PII Removed ******@outlook.com)

I am the real owner of this account and I purchased Minecraft using a gift card (Guthaben code), which I still have as proof of purchase.

Please help me recover my account or restore the original email address.

I can provide the gift card code, screenshots, or any additional information you need to verify ownership.

I wish I had better news, but when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, this forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
