I completed the Introduction to Microsoft Entra learning path on 3 February while signed in. All modules show as completed, but XP and completed modules are not appearing on my Microsoft Learn profile. I was using Google Chrome at the time. Please resync my learning progress and XP

This question is related to the following Learning Module.

If your XP and completed modules are not appearing on your Microsoft Learn profile after completing the Introduction to Microsoft Entra learning path, it may be due to a syncing issue. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Profile: Ensure you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account that you used to complete the modules.
    2. Refresh Your Profile: Sometimes, it may take a little time for the XP and completion status to update. Try refreshing your profile or logging out and back in.
    3. Clear Cache: Clearing your browser cache in Google Chrome can help resolve display issues. You can do this by going to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
    4. Support Request: If the issue persists, consider submitting a support request through the Microsoft Learn platform for assistance with syncing your learning progress and XP.

Unfortunately, I cannot manually resync your learning progress or XP, but following these steps should help resolve the issue.
