Hello Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I previously earned the following Microsoft certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions
  • AZ-102

All these certifications were registered using my corporate email ID from TCS, which is no longer active.

Because I no longer have access to that email account, I am unable to sign in to my Microsoft Learn / Certification profile or retrieve my Transcript ID and Access Code.

I request your help to:

  1. Locate my certification profile
  2. Transfer or link my certifications to my new personal email ID
  3. Provide guidance to recover my certification records

I can provide identity verification and any additional information required.

Thank you for your support.

Thanks & Regards,

Lokesh Singh

If you have lost access to your Microsoft Learn account linked to your corporate email, you will need to follow specific steps to recover your certifications:

    1. Recover Your Account: Since Microsoft cannot assist with recovery of work or school accounts, you should contact your workplace IT administrator for help with accessing your corporate email account. This is essential to regain access to your Microsoft Learn profile.
    2. Add a Personal Account: To avoid similar issues in the future, it is advisable to add a personal Microsoft account to your Learn profile. This can help ensure continued access to your profile regardless of your employment status.
    3. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support: For further assistance, especially regarding the transfer of certifications to a new email, you can contact Microsoft Credentials Support. They may require identity verification and additional information to assist you.
    4. Certifications from Certiport: If any of your certifications were earned through Certiport, be aware that these are not reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and need to be managed separately through your Certiport user account.

Unfortunately, without access to your original email account, recovering your profile directly through Microsoft Learn may not be possible. Therefore, reaching out to your IT department is a crucial first step.
