I purchased Office 2024 in December. But yesterday started getting pop-up to say I must redeem or register my key in within three days. I go through microsoft set up pages, enter my key and receive a service unavailable message. This has been for two days now. And I'm now getting message to say I've made too many attempts to redeem my key.
Need help please.

The 'Service Unavailable' error usually indicates there is a problem with the Office licence.
What version of Office 2024 did you purchase, is that Office Home 2024, Office Pro Plus 2024... etc. and where did you purchase that Office licence from, was that from an online retailer or Groupon.

Thanks for the answer. My problem has been resolved. I should have activated product with my key but didn't because it worked straight from the off and I thought that was it. I managed to speak with microsoft support who verified my purchase and enabled office for me. I don't see it linked to my account though. Support never asked my for my actual key, they simply enabled it from their end. At least I'm sorted though.
Paul, you usually don't see a product key when you purchase Office directly from Microsoft. I am not sure if that applies to your situation, though.
