microsoft 365 subscription missing from account

Cant find my subscription in my account made on the 13 Aug 2025 (PII Removed).

Using any Microsoft account you may have. log into this link, if you check the expiry date on the Microsoft 365 subscription, does that indicate your new subscription?

If not, go to the Billing and Payments section, are you able to find the payment for the Microsoft 365 subscription and if so, is it indicated as a successful payment.
