I have received an email from ******@office.microsoft.com telling me action is required to update the Terms and conditions privacy policy.

Is this a genuine email?

    If that is the reported senders address, most likely that is not a legitimate Email, it is most likely a phishing scam

    In the Email, is there a link you are meant to click, if so, do not click the link, hover your mouse over the link, what is the URL the link redirects to.
