I AM WRITING FROM MY WORK ACCOUNT BC I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FROM MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT. APPARENTLY MICROSOFT DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE VERBALLY AS THERE IS NO HELP DESK, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - JUST SCREENS. I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE AND YOU BLOCK ME - I CANT EVEN GET IN AND DELETE MY SERVICES - THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE FOR CONSUMERS. TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO PAY YOU THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY YOU GEEKS. I NEED HELP AND YOU PROVIDE NO ONE TO SPEAK TO - I HAD TO HACK TO GET THIS MESSAGE ACROSS. (PII Removed).

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Since you mentioned that your account is blocked, may I have the exact error messages when signing in?

Do you have access to the security information/verification methods, email, or phone number linked to the account?

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If yes, are you able to access the second factor of authentication?

Also, do you still have the 25-character recovery codes for 2FA?

Lastly, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your Microsoft account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

I understand your frustration with the account recovery process and the lack of direct communication options with Microsoft. If you are blocked from accessing your personal account, here are some steps you can take to attempt to regain access:

    1. Account Recovery Form: Use the Microsoft account recovery form to verify your identity and regain access. Be sure to provide as much information as possible to help with the verification process.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: Although it may seem challenging to reach someone directly, you can try to contact Microsoft Support through their support portal. You can initiate a chat with a support agent by searching for "Get Help" and following the prompts to connect with a live agent.
    3. Use Alternative Methods: If you have access to another Microsoft account, you can use it to contact support. Alternatively, you can try using different devices or networks to see if that helps with the recovery process.
    4. Wait for Lockout Periods: If you have attempted too many recovery options, you may need to wait for a temporary lockout to expire before trying again.

I recommend being persistent and detailed when filling out the recovery form to increase your chances of regaining access to your account.
