We need your help resolving a login issue with our account ([Moderator note: personal info removed]@concraft.sa).

The problem is when logging in, it requests authentication with the application, but the application has been deleted, and we cannot access it again.

We have already submitted an inquiry to you under case number: [Moderator note: personal info removed] , but the problem remains unresolved.

We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue ASAP, as our work depends on this email address.
