OneDrive "Your Organizations storage is full"

I have a 100Gb of storage on OneDrive, along with 5 x Office 365 licenses, with my login.

I already have a OneDrive account for a small business I look after and I added another account and can see both OneDrive accounts in File Explorer.

I have plenty of C: Space and cannot understand why I am getting this storage full message, it is driving me crazy.

The other OneDrive account works perfectly.

I have tested this on 2 different laptops and a desktop PC, all with the same message.

I have tried everything, Unlinking, and uninstalling the OneDrive app and reinstalling. Everytime I try to create a folder or small file, I get storage full.

You can see from the file I uploded, I have a full 100Gb of storage

Please can anyone shed some light on this, I am not a novice to OneDrive and am comfortable with its workings, but this is driving me mad.

I used a different laptop and added this OneDrive account from fresh.

The under the Sync and Backup tab, I clicked on Manage Backup, I added a screenshot, not sure if you can see it or not.

Can you go to OneDrive desktop app setting (right click on the cloud icon on taskbar, specifically for the one that's having issue), then go to Settings > Sync and backup tab > Manage backup, share a screenshot of this page please. Thanks!

This is my account I manage.

I did look in the lower ledt hand corner and it says less than 0.1gb out of 100gb.

    There are no files showing.

Has Microsoft blocked storage to my Onedrive.

There is no status bar in the bottom right hand corner.

    Hello,

Can you please go to the organization account whose OneDrive is full, via www.onedrive.com, then see the status bar on the lower right, is it really full?

Also, is this an organization account you managed, or managed by organization IT team?
