Hi,
If the laptop's output driver is Realtek, would you change it to Realtek, or would you prefer to use the sound from the monitor or a second monitor?
What is the laptop model?
Thanks

All that I've plugged into my laptop is a second screen monitor and a playstation 4 controller and for some reason the original volume that use to come out of my laptop has gone - can't even find it in settings to place it back. My output audio is either speaker (Realtek(R) audio) and headset earphone (wireless controller). I dont understand why this has happened - can anyone help me?
Many Thanks
