I can't get into my Outlook account

This is the error message I get. When I press Refresh the Application it just gives the same message.

Can anyone help? I've searched online but not luck

    Who is your mail provider - that is, what follows the @ in your address? The error is indicating that there is no mailbox or no license for your account. If you try to log into your mailbox using a web browser, can you see it then?
