Today I tried to log into my Xbox account for Msfs2024 And minecraft launcher, but when i tried entering my normal gmail: [mod: PII redacted]@gmail.com, it says no available user/email. create new?

It came to me that a small popup showed on microsoft: [mod: PII redacted]:

**send code to: **[mod: PII redacted]@mail.anerytmail.ru

Face, fingerprint, id or security key

Use password

Update password instead

I want my account back, as I suppose the [mod: PII redacted]****@mail.anerytmail.ru changed my microsoft's gmail to his.

How to recover?

Hi there I have tried to get into my Microsoft account for about a week or two now and can’t find anyway it will let me into it. And I’m getting pretty angry now because I do not want to loose that account as I bought both of the Minecraft’s on that account. Please try and find a way to log me back in as it is really frustrating especially as a 14 year old who just wants to play a game. Many thanks

To recover your Microsoft account that has been compromised, you should follow these steps:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and fill out the recovery form. Provide as much information as possible about your account and previous activity to help verify your identity.
    2. Check for Account Recovery Options: If the hacker has changed your recovery email or phone number, you may need to provide additional proof of ownership, such as old passwords or details about your account usage.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support directly. You can do this by signing in with any account and explaining your situation. They may be able to assist you further.
    4. Wait for Lockout Period: If you have attempted recovery multiple times unsuccessfully, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait for about 24 hours before trying again to avoid further complications.
    5. Secure Your Account: Once you regain access, update your security information, including your password and recovery options, to prevent future unauthorized access.

These steps should help you in recovering your account. Make sure to act quickly, as the longer you wait, the harder it may become to recover your account.
