To address the issue of your laptop encountering a bug check with the code 0x0000010e, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check for Faulty Devices or Drivers: Open Windows Device Manager and look for any devices marked with an exclamation point (!). Update any faulty drivers that may be causing the issue.
    2. Remove Recently Added Hardware: If you have recently added any hardware, try removing it to see if that resolves the problem.
    3. Run Hardware Diagnostics: Use the hardware diagnostics tools provided by your system manufacturer to check for any hardware issues.
    4. Check System Logs: Use the Event Viewer to check for critical errors that occurred around the same time as the bug check. This may help identify the source of the problem.
    5. Run Memory Diagnostics: Use the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool to check for memory issues. You can find this tool in the Control Panel under Memory.
    6. Scan for Viruses: Run a virus detection program to ensure that your system is not infected, as this can lead to system corruption and bug checks.
    7. Update Software and Drivers: Ensure that your operating system and all drivers are up to date. Check for any available updates for your BIOS or firmware as well.
    8. Check Disk for Errors: Use the Scan Disk utility to check for file system errors that might be causing the bug check.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, you might want to consider seeking further assistance from a professional or the manufacturer's support.
