It sounds like your account may have been compromised, especially if you are receiving authentication requests at odd hours. Here are some steps you can take to secure your account:

    1. Check for Unauthorized Access: Review your account security settings. If you can sign in, check for any unfamiliar devices or apps that may have access to your account.
    2. Sign Out Everywhere: Use the "Sign out everywhere" option in your Microsoft Account Security settings to terminate all active sessions.
    3. Review Security Info: Ensure that your recovery email and phone numbers are up-to-date and remove any that you do not recognize.
    4. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If not already enabled, consider setting up 2FA to add an extra layer of security.
    5. Contact Microsoft Support: If you suspect unauthorized access, reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you secure your account and investigate any suspicious activity.
    6. Change Passwords: Since you've already changed your password, ensure that it is strong and unique. Consider changing passwords for other accounts linked to your Authenticator as well.
    7. Monitor Account Activity: Keep an eye on your account activity for any unusual transactions or changes.

Taking these steps should help you regain control and secure your account against unauthorized access.
