- Are you accessing your Hotmail account through the Outlook app on your Mac, or through a web browser at outlook.com?
- Are you able to sign in to your Hotmail account at https://outlook.live.com/mail using a web browser, and do you see your emails there?
- Are new emails not arriving at all, or are they going to another folder like Junk, Archive, or Focused/Other?
