I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding a serious issue with our OneDrive Business account.

Some time ago, our developer created a OneDrive Business account on our behalf and added me as a user. I regularly uploaded important business documents to this account and shared several files with other team members. Unfortunately, the developer did not inform us that the subscription for this account was about to expire.
