Refund for a canceled Xbox subscription

Trying to get some help getting a refund for a canceled Xbox game pass subscription, Microsoft has no ability to talk to humans. They expect you to jump through hoops to get nowhere essentially so maybe a professional that actually works for the company can reach out on here and do some good because the website is pure trash.
