Hi! Does this problem occur with all files? Or only with some, like an Excel or Word document, a PDF, or an image?
Generally, this error indicates a synchronization problem.
- Click the ^ in the taskbar > Click the Cloud icon > Gear icon > Pause synchronization > Restart your computer.
- Go to the Gear icon again and start synchronization again. If the problem persists, open Settings > Accounts > Unlink your account > Restart your computer > Log in again.
