Azure authenicator issues on personal account

I have a personal and work Azure account using the same email. I have an Azure subscription, which I am using for storage on my personal account.

Starting a few weeks ago, I have been unable to sign in to the Azure portal using my personal account. The Azure login screen is entering Authenicator request mode and expects a 6-digit code for a personal account. Requesting approval doesn't do anything either. I am the only person on that subscription. What can I do?

    Hello Vadim,

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
