    Hi @Vusumuzi Ngcobo

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To help narrow down the issue, could you share a bit more detail:

-Are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account (e.g. @outlook.com, @hotmail.com) or a work/school account?

-What type of account is configured in Outlook (POP, IMAP, or Exchange)?

-Have you tested Outlook on the web, and do Sent Items appear correctly there?

Here are some steps you may try:

    1.Check for active filters

    -Open the Sent Items folder.

-On the ribbon: View > View Settings > Filter…

-Review all tabs (Messages, More Choices, Advanced).

-If any filters are set (especially date filters), select Clear All.

    -Close and reopen Outlook.

    2.Reset the view

    -Go to Sent Items

-On the ribbon, View > Reset View

    If still incorrect:

-Open Run (Win + R), type: outlook.exe /cleanviews. This resets all custom views.

    3.Verify sync settings (Exchange/Microsoft 365 accounts)

If the mailbox is cached locally, Outlook may only sync recent items.

-Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Select the account > Change...

-Adjust the Mail to keep offline slider to All.

    -Restart Outlook.

Please know that while our initial response might not resolve the issue right away, your input is incredibly valuable. With a bit more detail, we’ll work together to find the best solution for you.

It seems that your Outlook Sent Mail folder is only displaying messages from a specific date range. This issue may occur if a filter has been applied to the default view settings of the folder, which could be hiding older messages. To resolve this, you can change the filtering options in Outlook. Here are the steps to check and modify the view settings:

    1. In the ribbon, select the View tab.
    2. In the Current View area, select View Settings.
    3. Select Filter, and then review the tabs for any selections that could filter out specific messages, such as date received, keywords, or read/unread status.

After adjusting the filter settings, check if the missing items appear in your Sent Mail folder.
