In many cases, this happens when a previous subscription, trial, or promotion converts into a “redeemed” or “free” entry in your account history, even if you didn’t manually redeem anything.
To help narrow down the issue:
- When you sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services what does your subscription status show now (Active, Canceled, Expired, etc.)?
- If you open Order History, do both entries show the same date and order number, or are they different?
- Do you see any recent payment method linked to your account?
