SQL 2019 Change Tracking autocleanup is blocked on side table of "Table Name".

Hello,
We have one table using Change tracking that is causing this error. All searches pointed me to a CU in sql 2017. Anyone have any new ideas on how to resolve this issue?

DESCRIPTION: Change Tracking autocleanup is blocked on side table of "Table Name". If the failure persists, check if the table "Table Name" is blocked by any process .

    Not sure that it helps, but you could try to download and install CU12 for SQL 2019. That is the most recent CU.

    The cleanup messages have stopped for now. I should have asked what is causing the messages and is there a fix or way to see the cause of the problem. I have not found this issue with versions after 2017. I'll do more research when time permits and if I see the message again.
