Ever since the last few updates on Windows 11 my bluetooth usb will no longer work for wifi and does not recognize devices for bluetooth either. WHy is it that the updates are not positive ones they always cause problems with things that are important that we use daily and need?

I need my wifi in order to use any smart devices I own and most importantly my printer so what can you do about this to allow me to use my brand new printer again? This is ridiculous and a very needed necessity for my employment which I have none without wifi. Ethernet is old and out of date and should be the thing that is not working, not the wifi!

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functionality after a recent update to Windows 11. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Bluetooth Settings: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled in your settings. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    2. Update Drivers: Sometimes, updates can cause driver issues. Check for updated drivers for your Bluetooth device. You can do this by going to Device Manager, finding your Bluetooth device, right-clicking it, and selecting Update driver.
    3. Reinstall Bluetooth Device: In Device Manager, you can also try uninstalling the Bluetooth device and then restarting your computer. Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.
    4. Network Troubleshooter: Use the built-in network troubleshooter to diagnose and fix Wi-Fi issues. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status, and then select Network troubleshooter.
    5. Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, subsequent updates can fix issues caused by previous ones. Check for any pending updates in Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
    6. Reset Network Settings: If the issue persists, you might consider resetting your network settings. This can be done in Settings > Network & Internet > Status, and then selecting Network reset.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to check the manufacturer's website for your Bluetooth device for any specific updates or troubleshooting steps related to Windows 11.
