    Hi @Bob Stow

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better understand your situation and provide accurate assistance, may I clarify the following:

Since the thread is tagged under Exchange, could you confirm whether you are using Exchange Online through a Microsoft 365 subscription or Exchange Server on‑premises

In addition to not receiving email, are you still able to send messages through Outlook on the web?

Given the symptoms you described, I highly recommend reaching out to your organization’s IT administrator. They have the necessary access and permissions to investigate further using internal tools such as Message Trace in Exchange Online or Message Tracking in Exchange Server. These tools can provide valuable insights into your mailbox’s mail flow and help narrow down the cause more effectively.

If I’ve misunderstood any part of your situation, or if you have additional questions or updates, please feel free to reply. I appreciate your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.

If you are receiving emails on your phone but not on your computer, there may be an issue with your email client or settings on your computer. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check your email settings: Ensure that your email account is set up correctly on your computer's email client.
    2. Look for missing messages: Sign in to your email account via the web to see if the emails are present there. This can help determine if the issue is with the email client on your computer.
    3. Run Support and Recovery Assistant: This tool can help identify and fix issues affecting Outlook or Microsoft 365. You can download it and run it on your computer to troubleshoot the problem.
    4. Check for rules or filters: Sometimes, rules or filters can divert incoming emails to other folders or even delete them. Make sure there are no such rules affecting your inbox.
    5. Update your email client: Ensure that your email application is up to date, as updates can fix bugs that may be causing issues.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may need to consult with your IT support or email provider for further assistance.
