    Hello,

That error usually pops up with a message saying "Bad Image" and points to a specific file that is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error. Could you tell me the full filename listed in that error dialog box? (it usually ends in .dll)

Also, when you say you tried to uninstall Windows, did you mean you attempted to Reset this PC in settings or were you trying to uninstall a specific Windows Update?

This helps narrow down if the system is corrupted or just a specific library needs reinstalling.

The error status 0xc000012f typically indicates that there is a problem with the installation of a Microsoft product, often related to corrupted files or issues with the system configuration. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues.
    2. Repair Office: If you are having issues specifically with Microsoft Office products, you can try repairing the installation. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, find Microsoft Office, and select the option to repair.
    3. Run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant: This tool can help diagnose and fix issues with Microsoft Office and other Microsoft products. You can download it from the official Microsoft website.
    4. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows operating system is fully updated, as updates can fix underlying issues that may be causing the error.
    5. Uninstall and Reinstall Office: If the above steps do not work, you may need to uninstall Microsoft Office completely and then reinstall it. Use the automated troubleshooter for uninstallation if necessary.
    6. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are still unable to resolve the issue, consider contacting Microsoft Customer Service and Support for further assistance.

If you are unable to uninstall Windows, it may be necessary to troubleshoot the specific error preventing the uninstallation. You might want to check if there are any pending updates or installations that need to be completed first.
