Power automate "Send email with Options" is showing HTML code inside the sent email

i have this "Send email with Options" action inside a power automate flow :-

but on some user's emails, the email will show HTML code, as follow:-

Any advice?

@Darren-Ng thanks for posting me to another forum, but if you read the question carefully , it is more realted to outlook, as the email is showing well for most users, but for some users it is showing html codes
