Windows 10 not recognizing disk 1 for old games

Hi, I am trying to install Black and White 2 as well as Fable:TLC on my windows 10 PC via an external disk drive. The drive seems to recognize disks 2-4 and other music disks but they will not recognize the disk 1 install disk for either game and thus initialize the installation process. I have tried this after disabling my anti-virus as well as enabling Direct play and restarting my PC. This won't even give me the option to copy the game files and try to launch that way. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You may try to copy disk using free ImgBurn tool. It provides extended diagnostics.

    Hi,

Can you check this disk at another PC?

Are there any scratches on disk surface? If yes, try to polish then on the hard thing using a tooth paste and soft cloth, e.g., cotton pad.
