In the Device Manager, make sure Display driver is installed and working properly.

I also recommend to update display driver, see if it helps.

    Hi, good day!

What is the exact make and model of your computer?

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: msinfo32

    Press Enter

Please take a screenshot of the System Information window and post it in your next response. Note: Don't include any personal information or sensitive data as Microsoft Q&A is a public forum.

Please try the following methods below.

    1. Try a quick restart first
    2. Roll back the graphics driver: If it all started after the update, you can try rolling back the graphics driver (right-click > Properties > Driver > Roll Back).
    3. Update or reinstall your display drivers Open Device Manager > Display adapters Right-click your graphics card and choose Update driver. If that doesn’t help, try Uninstall device and restart. Windows will reinstall a working version automatically.
    4. Power plan reset: Open Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Restore default settings.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
