It seems that your new program, Tap4Cash, is being flagged as a phishing site by your computer, possibly due to security settings or the behavior of the site itself. Microsoft Defender SmartScreen, for example, analyzes visited webpages for suspicious behavior and checks them against a list of reported phishing sites. If it detects something unusual, it may block access to protect you.

On your Motorola Android phone, the security measures may differ, allowing the program to work without issue. It's important to ensure that the site is legitimate and not actually a phishing attempt. You can check for inconsistencies in the website, such as outdated logos or typos, which are common signs of phishing scams. If you're confident in the legitimacy of the program, you might consider adjusting your security settings or contacting the program's support for assistance.
