Entra External ID: Invitations from this directory are blocked.

We previously had you assist with unblocking our tenant that was blocked from sending external invitations, but we've hit the same issue again where the tenant is blocked just from regular application activity, and not from running any batch operations.

PII removed has been raised but it has been awaiting a resolution for almost 3 days. Would appreciate if the same action as before can be applied ASAP and if direction can be provided to prevent our directory from constantly being blocked.

    Based on the error message you received it appears that was Invitations are blocked in your tenant due to suspicious activity.

    We addressed this by collaborating with our internal team, who have now unblocked your tenant.

    You can check and confirm whether you were able to access the tenant which was blocked.
