Hello Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I successfully completed the AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies certification exam on 7th February 2026 through Pearson VUE. The certification is visible in my Microsoft Learn profile under Achievements, but my badge has not yet appeared in Credly (it currently shows 0).

I have verified that my Microsoft Learn account email matches my Credly account email. I also checked my spam/junk folder but did not find any badge invitation email.

Could you please assist in syncing my badge or reissuing the Credly invitation?

Details:
- Exam: AZ-500 Microsoft Azure Security Technologies
- Date of completion: 7th February 2026
- Exam provider: Pearson VUE
- Microsoft Learn profile shows certification achievement
- Badge not visible in Credly

Thank you for your support.

If you have successfully completed the AZ-500 certification exam and see the certification in your Microsoft Learn profile but not the badge in Credly, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Email: Ensure that you have checked your spam/junk folder for any emails from Microsoft or Credly regarding your badge invitation.
    2. Verify Account Information: Since you mentioned that your Microsoft Learn account email matches your Credly account email, this is a good step. Just ensure there are no typos or discrepancies.
    3. Contact Support: If the badge still does not appear, you may need to reach out to Credly's support team for assistance with syncing your badge or reissuing the invitation. They can help resolve issues related to badge visibility.
    4. Wait for Processing: Sometimes, it may take a little time for the badge to appear after passing the exam. If it has been a short time since your exam, it might just be a matter of waiting a bit longer.

For further assistance, you can also contact Microsoft Credentials Support, who can review your account and help with any issues related to your certification badges.
