Cannot sign in Azure account (just registered)

Just registered an Azure account using my personal MS outlook account. All information filled.

Sign-up was successful, but when I tried to sing-in, it redirected me to an organizational account sign-in page and requiring authenication. This organizational account was disabled by the organization as I no longer work there.

I've also tried another browser, as well as cleaning the browser records and cache. None of these worked, the different browser linked me to another old organizational account sign-in page.

Seems like the management of MS account is a critical problem. Anyone know how to disconnect all these not-used organizational account with my personal account?

    Hello Zhuozhi Zhang,

This issue will be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL and the tenant ID I have provided over the private messages tab:

    https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>

Once you accessed the portal through the tenant-scoped URL, the tenant became active again and you will be able to manage resources without further issues.

And the tenant will be restored successfully.

Additionally, you can make use of this option which helps you to redirects only to specific tenant:

Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out for further queries.
