I was on a chat and you gave me instructions but then closed the wondow so fast that I could not see the instructions.

I am so frustrated at this ridiculous website going round and round incircles to find anything but still can't get help

i can't open the conversation history.

I need to open the onedrive app in my iphone but the app will not open after using the authenticator.

I have unistalled and reinstalled
