    Hi, I'm John!

If you haven’t already, you can try using the Microsoft Self-help tool:

You can also use the Xbox recovery form here:

If the issue still persists, and the email address has been changed and two-factor authentication has been enabled by the hacker, unfortunately, the account may no longer be recoverable.

If your Microsoft 365 account has been hacked and the email addresses have been changed, the best course of action is to follow the official recovery process provided by Microsoft. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: You can try to recover your account using the Microsoft account recovery form. This form allows you to verify your identity and request access to your account.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are unable to recover your account through the online form, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly. You can find customer service phone numbers on the Microsoft support website. Look for options to speak with a representative who can assist you with your situation.
    3. Community Forums: While community forums can provide some guidance, they may not be the best resource for urgent account recovery issues. It's recommended to seek direct support from Microsoft for such critical matters.
    4. Check for Alternative Recovery Options: If you have access to any recovery options, such as a backup email or phone number, make sure to use those during the recovery process.

It's important to act quickly to secure your account and prevent further unauthorized access.
