ms office installtion id

yesterday i purchased ms office 2021 from an agent and installed it on my laptop. however, when i try to activate this, it asks me for an installation id available on the product's activation window. this is different than the product key and i dont know where to find this id. anybody who can help me?

The Installation ID isn't printed on a card or in an email, it is generated by your laptop during the phone activation process.

Open an Office app like Word and when the activation wizard appears, select the option labeled I want to activate the software by telephone and click Next. You should see the Installation ID displayed on that screen, usually grouped into several blocks of numbers.
