Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Have you checked if Focused Inbox is turned on and if your emails might be going to the Other tab instead of the main Inbox?

In the meantime, I recommend checking out this Microsoft support article:

    Check any Outlook rules:

    • In https://outlook.live.com/mail go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Rules and Mail > Forwarding to make sure no one has set up rules to forward or delete your messages.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

Click "Add comment" below to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If you are not receiving emails on your computer or phone using Outlook or any mail app, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Outlook on the Web: Sign in to your Outlook account via a web browser to see if you can receive emails there. If you can receive emails on the web but not on your apps, the issue may be with the app settings on your devices.
    2. Run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant: This tool can help diagnose and fix issues with Outlook and other Microsoft 365 applications. You can download it and run it on your computer to check for problems with your account or configuration.
    3. Check Email Rules: Sometimes, email rules can inadvertently divert emails to other folders or even the junk folder. Ensure that there are no rules set up that might be affecting your email delivery.
    4. Verify Account Settings: Ensure that your account settings are correct on all devices. This includes checking the incoming and outgoing server settings.
    5. Check for Blocked Senders: Make sure that you haven't accidentally blocked any senders from whom you expect to receive emails.
    6. Storage Space: Ensure that your mailbox is not full. If your storage is less than 10% used, this is likely not the issue, but it's good to check.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
